Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and component parts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
