Jelonet

Jelonet is a sterile paraffin tulle gras dressing for use as a low adherency wound contact layer, allowing the wound to drain into an absorbent secondary dressing. Made from an open weave gauze with interlocking threads, allowing exudate to pass freely through but minimising fraying.
